+ What are your requirements to receive wine deliveries?

By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through PROJECT M WINES website and VinoShipper, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age.

If you or your wine gift recipient aren't avaialable to personally receive the order, it's important to note that ALL shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult signature at the time of delivery.

Moreover, no wines can be left on porches or doorsteps. Therefore, we recommend that a daytime/business address be provided for wine shipments.

+ What shipping options do you offer?

Our standard shipping options include: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air

We also have local delivery options available to Yamhill County, for purchases of six (6) bottles and above. We will need 48 hours to process, prepare, and get your order ready for delivery.

+ Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, pick ups can be arranged in either Carlton or McMinnville Oregon. Please schedule an appointment.

+ Do you accommodate overnight orders?

We will do our best to accommodate overnight orders, but it will be dependent on our availability to process them.

If you need an overnight order, please select the overnight shipping method AND send us a brief email at info@projectmwines.com to let us know immediately.

+ Why did my delivery schedule change?

We take caution in shipping our wine. Wines are very sensitive to cold and hot weather. Because of this, shipment schedules may be altered, at the last minute, due to temperature changes across the US.

+ Can you send my order to my PO box?

State laws restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to consumers in most states. Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

+ Can I still return my order?

PROJECT M WINES guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your wine for assistance.

+ Do you deliver to all states?

We deliver to: AK, AZ, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY

Alabama and California require special process shipping via VinoShipper (our online store partner) and requires a 12 bottle minimum purchase. You may also choose to contact us directly at info@projectmwines.com to place such an order.
